At TIRE RENEW LLC, we stand behind the quality of our retreaded tires. This policy outlines the terms for returns and refunds to ensure a clear and fair process for our customers.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return under the following conditions:

The tire is unused, unmounted, and in its original condition (e.g., no tread wear, scratches, or damage).

The return is requested within 30 days of delivery.

The tire is defective, damaged during shipping, or does not match your order specifications.
Non-returnable items include:

Tires that have been mounted, balanced, or used.

Custom-sized or specialty-ordered tires.
-
Products sold “as-is” or during clearance events.
2. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned tire:

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Refunds may take 5–10 business days to process, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
3. Warranty Claims
For tires covered under our warranty (e.g., defects in workmanship or materials), we offer repairs, replacements, or prorated refunds based on tread wear. Submit warranty claims via email with proof of purchase and photos of the issue. See our [Warranty Policy] for details.
4. How to Initiate a Return

Photos of the tire(s) and any issues
We will provide a return authorization and shipping address. Do not ship tires without prior approval.
5. Exceptions

Returns exceeding 30 days from delivery are not accepted.

Tires with damage from improper installation, road hazards, or wear are ineligible.

Restocking fees (up to 15%) may apply for returns of non-defective items.
