This Shipping Policy applies to all products sold and shipped by TIRE RENEW LLC, including retreaded tires, tire-related accessories, and associated services. We are committed to ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient delivery to customers across the United States and internationally.
2. Carrier Selection
We partner with reputable carriers that hold valid transportation qualifications and comply with all applicable national and international regulations. Carriers are selected based on service quality, reliability, geographic coverage, and cost-effectiveness to meet the specific needs of shipping retreaded tires and related products.
3. Shipping Methods
Standard U.S. Shipments: Delivered via national carriers such as FedEx Ground, UPS, or regional freight services, depending on tire size/quantity.
Remote or Rural Areas: Services may include USPS Priority Mail or specialized freight carriers to ensure coverage.
Special/High-Volume Items: Oversized shipments (e.g., bulk commercial tire orders) are shipped via dedicated freight services with optional liftgate delivery for convenience.
4. Shipping Timeframes
Orders placed before 3:00 PM EST on business days are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.
Pre-sale, custom-retreaded, or large-quantity orders follow the timeframe specified on the product page.
Delivery estimates vary by destination and carrier but typically range from 3–7 business days within the continental U.S.
5. Shipping Fees
Free Standard Shipping is available for orders over $200 within the contiguous United States.

Additional surcharges may apply for remote areas (e.g., Alaska, Hawaii) or oversized shipments, calculated at checkout.
International shipping costs are determined by destination, weight, and applicable customs fees.
6. Returns and Exchanges Shipping Responsibilities
If an error occurs on our part (e.g., incorrect tire size or defect), TIRE RENEW LLC covers all return shipping costs.
Customer-initiated returns/exchanges (e.g., fitment issues) within 30 days of delivery require the customer to cover return shipping. We cover the cost of reshipping the correct items.
Returns refused or undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer will incur redelivery fees charged to the customer.
7. Risk of Loss & Title
The risk of loss and title for all products passes to the customer upon delivery to the carrier. We recommend inspecting tires upon delivery and noting any damage on the carrier’s receipt before accepting.
8. Prohibited and Restricted Items
TIRE RENEW LLC complies with all carrier restrictions and U.S. regulations. Retreaded tires are legal and certified for road use in the U.S., but international customers are responsible for confirming local regulations before ordering.
9. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, pandemics, labor strikes, or international customs delays.
